Class Descriptions

Tumble Cubs
Focus: Developing fine motor skills, listening ears, strength, coordination, and flexibility. Ages 18 months to 3 years old.

Beginner Dance
Focus: The basics of dance. Students will work to memorize basic combinations and routines. 4-18 years old.

Beginner 3-6 Gymnastics
Focus: This class is for boys and girls ages 3-6 years old. They focus on the basics of gymnastics. Example include floor, tumbling, bars, beams, vaulting, rings, parallel bars, balancing, coordination, conditioning, games and lots of fun.

Intermediate-Advanced Dance
Focus: Further developing strength, flexibility, rhythm, and the ability to memorize more challenging combinations and routines.

Beginner 7-12 and Beginner Plus 7-12
Focus: This class is for boys and girls ages 3-6 years old. They focus on the basics of gymnastics. Example include floor, tumbling, bars, beams, vaulting, rings, parallel bars, balancing, coordination, conditioning, games and lots of fun. Beginner Plus 7-12 is for those kids who might have done gymnastics before and are getting back into it or have their basic skills down.

Advanced Gymnastics
Focus: This class is for gymnasts who have passed the Intermediate class and have been recommended to join the Advanced Class. Gymnasts should expect to increase skill level, strength, flexibility, and agility. To help prepare students for competition. Recommended ages 7 years old and up.

Intermediate Gymnastics
Focus: This class is for gymnasts what have or can do basic gymnastics. We start improving our basics into bigger skills and start working on body shapes and performing skills correctly rather than just trying them. This is a skill based class. Recommended for 7 years old and up.
